Catella, Ascom, Ledningsrummet and Valdemar are our flexible seminar rooms. The mobile wall between the rooms can be removed to create a larger room from two seminar rooms. All rooms are equipped with whiteboard, flip chart and an 86″ screen. You can seat 18-30 people depending on the furniture arrangement.
DIGITAL MEETINGS
In Valdemar and Catella there is the possibility for digital meetings with Chalmers’ chosen Vaddio system. This includes 2 fixed cameras (one directed at the speaker, one at the audience), microphones and speakers permanently installed in the room. Everything is smoothly controlled via a panel next to the speaker. Offered separately as an addition to the room rental.
Wireless network is ordered 5 days in advance.
